Thank you for shopping with RuhiK Jewels. We value your trust and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, customers must provide a 360° unboxing video clearly showing the unopened package, product unboxing, and any issues or defects.
High-quality images of the product and packaging must also be submitted along with the return request.
The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and certificates (if any).
Items marked as “Final Sale” or custom/personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at ruhikjewels@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order.
After review and approval of your video and images, our team will provide return shipping instructions.
A ₹49.00 flat return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
A 15% restocking fee applies to all returnable orders.
3. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund status.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If a product is damaged or defective upon arrival, you must provide the unboxing video as proof within 24 hours of delivery.
Approved defective returns will be refunded or replaced at no additional cost.
5. Jurisdiction
All disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
