1. Order Processing Time


All confirmed orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase.


During peak order periods, festivals, or promotional sales, processing time may be extended slightly.


Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


2. Delivery Timelines


Once shipped, orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the customer's location, courier partner, and service availability.


Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.


Tracking information will be shared via email or SMS once the order is dispatched.


3. Shipping Charges


A flat ₹49 shipping charge applies to all orders below ₹499.


Free shipping is available for orders of ₹499 and above.


4. Delays & Exceptions


Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier disruptions, weather conditions, or high order volumes.


RuhiK Jewels will not be held responsible for delays beyond our control once the parcel has been handed over to the courier.


5. Address Accuracy


Customers are requested to ensure that shipping details (address, contact number, pin code) are entered correctly during checkout.


We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.


6. Order Tracking


You can track your order using the tracking link sent via email/SMS once the shipment is initiated.
